The Yamaha YZF-R6 is a legendary 599cc inline-four supersport. Producing roughly 118 horsepower and capable of screaming to a 16,500 RPM redline, it is heavily favored for its razor-sharp handling and track performance. Because of strict emissions regulations, Yamaha discontinued the street-legal R6 in 2021. Today, it is sold exclusively as a non-street-legal "RACE" model for track use.
