Downgrade from the original. Same visuals, but instead of an item shop and tons of weapons to pick from, you are limited to 9. It also has a map scrolling issue where it "jumps" as you move instead of smoothly scrolling. Worth a 90% OFF purchase, but you are much better off just enjoying Alien Shooter, and Zombie Shooter 1 +2

Fun, bit it's not near as deep or wide as it thinks it is. You quickly figure out certain types of weapons are basically useless and stick to the 2-3 styles that are far better. Fighter/ bomber designs basically come down to what is the cheapest basic design you can spam as even basic low tier fighter lazes enjoy "lucky shot" chance to penetrate the thickets ship armor enabling death of a thousand cuts on any capital ship. Plasma at least for me is the best thing for frigates and capital ships as its range enables you to put the cheapest engine on your ship to get it into the fight and just rely on the range of your guns to win the day. Fleet deployment as a concept would be cool, but there is no benefit to spreading your fleet out vs just crowding one corner to out number the enemy as they trickle into the fight. Fun to just watch the show as your plasma platforms wipe out the hardest enemy fleet deployments with ease, but the challenge missions can all be beaten easily doing it and you have to become a masochist to limit your self to make the challenges any kind of challenge.

Tug of war commander role gameplay. Very fun to time your waves to best strike enemy blobs with artillery call ins and vehicles. The sounds are 11/10. My favorite is the lav-25. At max vet it poops out 3 warpips every minute and only costs 100 pts (a warpip is 25) So if it stays aalive it more than makes its cost back and then some.

At the time of writing, this game is a buggy crashy laggy mess. When it works its ok, cheaters abound can ruin your experience. As can groups of 4 or more fully geared squad mates that wreck you playing solo stalker-esk runs. Will try again after the full release, but as it is now its merely passable.

Lots of negative reivews from players that have simple hardware issues or lack the understanding of the extra thought process associated with tactical team based multiplayer games. This is NOT COD and playing it like that will often lead to frustration when you go charging into an objective blind. As with other teamwork based multiplayer games, the quality is subject to the kind of people you play with. There are quite a few players that troll or don't care to coordinate (or even communicate), but there are also people who are happy to use teamwork and strategy.

I find after the first few rounds you can grasp the concepts and by sticking with an experienced Squad Leader, or people that are working together you will have a lot of fun. Once you learn the maps and weapons mechanics you can start to really "GetGud", and take on the SL role yourself. Yes there are bugs, yes there will be the occasionaly frustrating game crash. Just make sure your drivers are up to date, and that your hardware is sufficient and have some patience. The Devs have come a long way from first release and as someone with over 800 hours, I can tell you the game shows it.

If you are not sure, just grab it on a 50% off sale next time it happens. There will be plenty of new players as usual during a steam sale and you won't feel like the only green horn. Try to make friends and add people and you can have a lot of fun with armor.

I like the atmosphere, the sounds, the grainy feel, but for an exploration game where all you do is walk or run to and from things, it sure likes to place invisible walls everywhere blocking your path right before you reach a building or place of interest.

I made my self yell "Lul XD Pop Cluture reference!" everytime I saw one. Needless to say, I did not shut up until I uninstalled after 20 minutes of torture.

Don't waste your time or money. This is not what it appears to be. Casualised console arcade game to the max here. No depth, press X to win, stealth not required, no looting, carbon copy interiors, can only loot "glowing items", not the backpacks, tool chests, cabinets you see everywhere. Not to mention retarded A.I.

Zombie Labs I am dissapoint.
