Overview / TL;DR
Really liked the game. It had some minor issues with build quality (i.e. the map), and encountered a physics bug, but for being free and from a new game dev team; it has a good story and really fun characters. Absolute must-play game, and can't wait for the next chapter to be pumped out.

Quick disclaimer, I need to clarify that I didn't actually play through the full game yet (because I'm a total wuss), so I'm actually before the Lloyd chase , but I've seen the rest of the game multiple times through friends and streamers, and know quite a bit about the game.

I want to start off with the bad things first, just to get it out of the way. There was quite a bit of shoddy map building. Of course, this is to be expected, but there are times where you can even see walls jut out (the train sequence at turns). There's also the entire "user control" bit (i.e. keybinds, movement), which were just kinda odd choices to make. Lastly, I just want to touch on a bug that I had way too much fun with, for what it is. Some of the chairs in Lloyd's theatre have no mass, so you can cause the physics engine to bug out with them. This caused a lot of flying across rooms, and exponentially gaining speed while spinning. I also tried to see how far I could bring the chairs with me, and sadly got them stuck during the first Lloyd jumpscare . If you are able to bring them farther or hit Lloyd with them, please let me know.

Okay, with that out of the way, let's talk about the things done right. First off, the characters are downright flawless. Rambley is such an adorable character, and he is by far one of my favorite characters in any video game (but my favorite character is also the daycare attendant from fnaf, so maybe take it with a grain of salt). Mollie's personality and how she is staged is also really well done; It introduces you to her character amazingly before you actually see her, and lets the chase sequences to be a lot more exciting . And I couldn't leave out the dynamic between Rambley and Lloyd, truly a marvelous interaction between the two. If you haven't seen them talk to each other yet, I'd highly recommend playing the game for yourself, or at least watch someone else play it. While I'm on the topic of the characters; The ending song, Rambley Review, is absolutely incredible. It's incredibly well-written, sang, featured, and every other positive adjective you can think for it. I genuinely play this song on Spotify in the background because it is so catchy (and again, i'm just a sucker for these types of characters).

Finally, I need to clarify; Despite there being a "bad things" section, I do not dislike the game by any means. None of this is supposed to be an overly critique look at the game, this is soley what I noticed. Overall, I really like the game; it's fun, scary (for the first playthrough), and has the best characters in the whole wide world. I mean, seriously, I would pay for a Rambley plushie if they existed (after some quick googling, I have found one (likely unofficial), but I now need to grab my wallet).
