What's wrong about this game and devs/support
The game hitboxes are very bad sometimes the server wont register a headshot and thus the person is not killed and have a higher chance than you to kill you.
The Russian community is toxic, the Russian in the game wont speak english 'cause only around 10% of Russians speak English. And no communication can be made. When you try to speak to support about it, they say they understand but will do nothing about it.
The Valve "ANTI" cheat is broken. And no motivation from the devs to try and update it to make a better game. All they care is how many cases you opened.
The devs and support team dont care how you feel about the game they just want your money. They'll say "thank you for writing to support" but will do 0 things about the problem or try to solve it.
The ranking system is BROKEN. And not to talk about seeing when you gonna rank up like other NORMAL games such as, LOL, Rainbow six siege, OverWatch and others..
When you win 3 games and you lose one and you derank for me its a very broken system that doesnt know how to treat solo players or know the real skill of a player.
And lets not talk about the cheaters ingame that makes you deranks and they wont get vac banned due to the vac system is broken too.
To sum it all up
Dont buy the game waste of money and time that ill never get back.
Dont feed valve of this poorly made game that cares only about mini transactions.
Maybe buy something off origin atleast they listen to your problems and try to solve it
Damn even console's support is better than valve's support.
Dont get near this game it will suck your life out of your body.
