IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, JUST EAT LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BODY USE IN THE DAY TO LIVE. IF YOU BODY NEED 1500 CALORIES TO LIVE THEN ONLY EAT 1000 CALORIES. OR YOU CAN JUST WATCH BITOFABYTE PLAY CS BECAUSE YOU WILL THROW UP ALL YOUR FOOD.
