I've sent an email to HLTV about this matter asking them for reasons for why I was 10 yeared and why it first was a week long ban that afterwards for some reason changed to 10 years. They have not replied. I sent it months ago and also sent them another one to remind them about the matter but still no replies. Please put this message forward so i can get my voice heard because i cant myself do it anymore.

Also i always see a lot of people talking about people getting 10 yeared and then talking about how they're gonna make an alt account and come back just like that, but dont people realise that its an ip ban? For me it is at least. I cant log in on my pc, phone, other pc, on anything. I cant login on any account.
