BANNED FOR NO REASON. UNABLE TO GET SUPPORT HELP. IT'S TIME FOR A LAWSUIT!
I have had 2 accounts that have now gotten the (caserma - rhino) ban. I don't have any malicious software (yes I'm aware of my account history but it has been years) on my computer and don't have any idea on what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on. There are thousands more out there just like me. I've lost $140 (a lot for a 21 year old that just moved out) because a multi billion dollar corporation has decided to take up theft as their new hobby. I have contacted support and they're useless, I can submit a ticket that a bot will reply to stating. "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned." and it is literally impossible to get into contact with customer support on the issue. Don't buy the game and if you had the same thing happen to you please go online and try and get this out there. Most importantly if you have the money and time get a lawyer. WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Theft and fraud from a company this big on a scale like this needs to be dealt with.
