Told me to read the rules on suggestions - The part about rare hats is fairly unclear, as far as I read I meet all 3 requirements for a price rec off of a singular sale (presuming that doesnt automatically assume the sale is more recent than 3 m/o - Its unclear if a singular sale OUTSIDE of the 3 m/o window is valid)
