Now if you asking if it's easy or not, the answer is that you have to try it yourself, I mean for me it's pretty easy since I have done this for like the past 9 months or more.

"How is the results?" Results are pretty good imo, I was a very skinny dude and I was short and little, went workout and now I'm pretty much taller and bigger although I'm still a light weight dude because of my fast metabolism.

Don't worry about if working out will make you short or smth like that, ayo das false man!

Working out will make you have a better health, stronger and possibly make you taller! Go try it yourself guys.
