As many others have said, it's a cash grab. Skins and crates copied directly from CSGO, implemented into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ alpha. If that wasn't the first flag, they then split this game into two games for 20 dollars each. Why? More Money.

Skins = money
2 games = money
can't trade or sell skins = wasted money

If this was a real dev team, they would have atleast waited for this ♥♥♥♥ game to get out of alpha before adding in cosmetics and microtransactions, but that's just me.
