What can I say about this game that hasn’t already been said?

This game really opened my eyes to what an RPG, and hells even what any game, should be, a true adventure . No unnecessary DLC/micro transactions to experience the whole game, full support from the developers, a community full to the brim with love and support. Larian blew it out of the park. Hells, they did so good other companies complained about it.

The characters are lively and it feels like you’re really experiencing the adventure just as they are. Not only that each character feels like their own person with their own motives. You have someone like Karlach who just loves being on an adventure and wants the player to just not be a prick, than on the other spectrum you have Minthara, she’s rude snobbish and most will never have her as a companion but when you do, you can really influence her and decide her fate between good and evil. There’s just a lot that can be accomplished and that’s just when talking to companions and influencing their lives. The entire game genuinely feels like it’s own world you’re just thrown into and it’s perfect.

So if anyone asks, yes I recommend you play this game. You may not like the combat at first like me but you’ll fall in love with it and all the other mechanics. Truly, an amazing game.
