Wow what is with these reviews? This game is so fun. For someone that grew up playing games like this on Atari and Gameboy, this is every kids idea of a game from the 90s. It's fun, it's challenging, and it's a great break from multiplayer matchmaking toxicity. I was really taken back by the second to last level and had no idea what to do. It took me 20 minutes to beat the game. So many whiners in this review section. You're lucky the game has unlimited lives!

Cool game. Haven't gotten to play it as much as I'd like to, but it is very much alive with players from all over the world. It's a very true Source Engine mod that is not very resource intensive and will provide hours of fun instead of just standing there on a roleplay server. Just this very moment I am watching two Russians and a Ukrainian playing together. The world ain't such a bad place, unless you got Bread for Brains. Rule of thumb: if it's free it's for me!

Great game. I'm not sure why it's so saturated in the Steam library. Even with a base installation, it does crash for me sometimes if I jump between servers, but as long as I stay on the same server it's fine.

It's free and it's fun. You don't find those words in the same sentence very often. I'd pay for Double Action: Boogaloo 2.

This is as close as 007 without playing 007 you're going to get. There should be more players playing.

I love driving. I'm not a fan of the pros and cons that come with it, but being on the road is very special to me. In a passenger car I do truly drive over 80,000 miles a year for the past 3 years. If you're like me, you might want to turn that passion into a career. Trucking is that career. I first played ETS2 to get an understanding of how it all works and being on the other side of the road really bummed me out. I think I was using a mod for right side of the road.

Then came American Truck Simulator. I must admit, I didn't expect it to take place out West, maybe down Southeast like Georgia/Louisiana/Florida, but I'm fine with purchasing the expansion DLC's as they become available. This is the best simulator you're ever going to find for trucking. They should be using this in classrooms and motor vehicle CDL testing centers. I want to drive a truck so bad, an I expect to be pretending to drive a truck while I'm not driving a truck but while I'm in my truck, just like this userbase does. My Logitech G920 is on the way. I intend to buy the wheel stand for it as well.

Buy this game if you love the open road or seriously want to get into trucking. You can't lose.
