the shaders take multiple hours/days to build on an i9-13900k and rtx 4090. years of updates and fixes and yet you cant fix that?

the story this game tells is beautiful, and yet another layer is added after finding out who coda really is (you will not be told in-game)

crashes out of no where and even crashed my system and corrupted a few config files for some games and other things. im running this game on a 4090 btw i shouldnt have to worry about any of these things
edit: also weak ass ending, would've been much better without a boring bossfight and weird techno music

Pros: looks great, super fun, mostly faithful as a remaster, new way to play a valve game
Cons: disgustingly high-end hardware requirements, frequent crashes, requires DLSS to run above 60fps, even on the highest performing publicly available GPU, many assets are not properly optimized if at all, and there was no work done for optimization at all other than a few minor models
NOTE: I'm running the game on an RTX 4090 with an i9-13900k, so performance doesn't impact me much. if you don't have an rtx 4080+ and an i9 CPU, you probably shouldn't try to run the game if you want to keep your PSU unexploded
