Its free so i hope nobody complains to much!

Golgotha is a walking simulator where you have to get out of the Black Waters Station.

On said way you can take a look at pictures of what happened there.

There is no combat and no jumpscares which is fine for me, still, i was rather tense the whole time despite knowing all that.

Play time is around 25-30 minutes i would say, depending on how much you sprint or rather walk.

I had "fun" :-)

Some personal things (may contain soft spoilers):

- reverb in the station is a bit much
- after obtaining the key card and making your way back the monster sounds were super loud (played at 50% and reduced it to 30% in the end - rip ambient sounds)
- down in the sewers where the wailing of the deceased begins, would be cool to make their individual sounds positional (attached to a certain skeleton for example) and not centered all the time.
- mouse movement feels very...delayed? kinda spongy/on ice

Its free and you can play it with a buddy so why not. :)

50 meters apart from each other and only a zipline is connecting you (you can send stuff to each other) .

But beware...a shark is lurking nearby!

Had some issues with the Afterburner OSD which prevented me from recording in certain games.

This is why i tried PX because i didnt want to lose my fan curves (SLI) and i like the simple overclocking possibilitys.

It is basically the same as Afterburner with a different design which made the transition easy.

And to all the "UHHH EVGA GIVE ME MONEY, I FRIED MY GPU CAUSE OF ARCHIEVEMENTS" if you cant read/dont know what you were even doing you deserve it.

Summary what i use it for:

- overclocking
- fan curves to keep the temperatures down
- on screen display because im always curious

Runs like a charm, the only downside is inviting people to PX all the time. :D

Sooo, i dont really unterstand the negative reviews, i mean its a free game and you dont have to play it.

For my part, i enjoyed it even though it was very short.

Dont expect awesome stuff, but if i had to compare it to another game, it would be Overcast - Walden and the Werewolf or however its called.

There is a storyline which gets told to you by a 200 cigs/day teller (to me he sounded that way :) ) which even has little (drawn?) cinematics.

It isnt big, i had a few scares and fun, so i personally recommend it !

If you want to take a first hand look and maybe are able to understand german feel free to watch my video and have a nice day:

I just finished the game so far as i came in the demo version and im quite pumped to whats gonna happen to me now.

Its really interesting so far and it seems im quite attractive in the world of female bronze statues as they go after me whenever they can.

To me it feels a little smoother than the free version which is good, but there are still no real options available, Resolution, Detail, AA, FPS cap (which can be set to unlimited!).

For now i didnt encounter any flaws/bugs or whatever, so i would recommend it, and even if you do, for 9/10 $/€ its feels very solid.

So, enough writing, NEED...TO...PLAY...NOW

edit: i just finished the game...

i went afk for a while and i got a total of 50 minutes gameplay recorded and i read almost everything as well

Hmm thats a bit to short for my taste, maybe they'll add more? Who knows
