Ingredienser
6 portioner

500 g falukorv, strimlad
1 gul lök, strimlade
2 morötter rivna
2 tsk smör
2 msk tomatpuré
3 dl köttbuljong
2 burkar krossade tomater
2 tsk dijonsenap
salt och malen vitpeppar
1 msk smör
1 dl grädde eller smetana (syrad grädde)

Till servering:
havreris
vitkålssallad
2 hela saltgurkor, skurna på längden

Gör så här
Korven ska brynas i omgångar, så lägg hälften i kall stekpanna och bryn korven i sitt eget fett. Bryn resten av korven, fast nu i smör, och lägg över i en gryta.

Fräs löken i smör tillsammans med den rivna moroten. Låt tomatpurén bryna med i den sista omgången. Lägg över allt i grytan och rör om.

Tillsätt köttbuljong, tomat och senap och koka upp. Låt puttra på svag värme under lock i ca 10 minuter. Krydda med salt och peppar.

Rör ner smetana eller grädde och låt allt bli genomvarmt före servering. Servera genast med havreris, saltgurka och vitkålssallad.
