Everything my staff has told you is 100% accurate. I checked our payment providers logs you had status code "3" which means it asked you to verify your card details, birthdate, previous addresses, middle name. Things only the actual cardholder would know and a fraudster wouldn't. You didn't answer the questions so your transaction was voided. When that happens your bank is notified we will not be proceeding with the transaction and they can either remove it or ignore our message. Most banks ignore the message and let the hold expire on its own. At the end of the day the bank is the one in control so anything we tell you is just based off of other customers. If you want definitive answers, call your bank and ask them, "what is the banks policies on removing preauthorization holds" If they can't give you that answer, immediately switch banks.
