Other rules:
A nation may only colonize 10 more regions, or 1/10 of it's total region amount per week.
When a nation leaves a Tier, they CANNOT give their land away to other nations. If a new leader cannot be found, then division of the lands will be voted on by the Tier.

Battle rules:
Each nation has a 48 hour default victory time, at the end of which they automatically defeat their foes.
There is also a 24 hour period initially, in which if an attack is not recognized and the opposition has come online, victory can be claimed.
This recognition is given with a chat request to the person, an announcement about it, or a comment on the person's profile.
Battles are fought with the ratio system, with up to 3 battles deciding each engagement, depending on the agreement between the two sides.

Game: Empire Total War or Napoleon Total War
Map: Chosen By Defender (Within Reason)
Rules: Light/Skirmishers limited to 5 (includes cavalry that dismounts as Light troops), Artillery limited to 2 & no Fixed

Economy:
All regions on the map are worth 500. A factory triples this to 1,500.
Trade with other nations can either produce a set level of 2,000, or 1/5 of the revenue of the region.
Group members produce 20 per group member
Armies cost 12,000 to buy, Navies cost 20,000. Upkeep is 5,000 per army, and 8,000 per navy
Armies and navies take 24 and 36 hours to construct respectively
A fortress costs 16,000, and takes 48 hours to build
Nations start with a treasury of 500 from each region they have

Movement rules:
Each army can move through a dedicated map grid zone in 6 hours on land, and 3 hours on the sea.
