bug the crap out of the developers. maybe they can even make some money in the route that dota 2 went
That would be up to the developers, I believe they are nice to have.
However we all have been playing this game without those features for almost 2 decades now (give or take a few years).
And who knows maybe with new attention drawn from GreenLight we can find a bunch more active developers who can help add steamworks integration.
But if / when it gets on steam will the game get steamworks integration?
For example:
- Achievements (campaign and skirmish?)
- Steam Workshop
- Steam Cloud (for campaign and skirmish saves)
- Steam Controller support
- Stats
