It includes the game (40GB, ouch) and an online crack (private matches only, no community creations yet). It works fine, but I don't know if the crack works on other repack versions (FitGirl Repack for example), but it is worth a try!

After downloading the game (if you didn't have it), apply the crack.

Open your game, go to online -> private matches. Select the match stipulation you want and select the steam friend(s) you want to play with.

Add the members of the group if you want to have people to play. Don't forget to join the group as well, so people can add you!
