Last time I tried, CoD kept crashing. And performance also wasn't that good. Would need to reinstall and then download patches, which is a pain with data volume.

War Thunder is the joke of THE sim community, not just IL-2. Anyone who has played IL-2 or DCS would understand why.

CLoD for $10 on Steam. 90+ players in one server this past weekend. Fighter formations engaging bomber formations. It was some of the most fun I've had flying in quite a while.

Easy adjustment from WT as long as you have a stick and keyboard, you can fly.

Just read IL-2 1946 steam forum a little. Ended up seeing jokes about war thunder. Good times...

Ragnarok High Command has approved the forum secrion for the WTFRB group. Once I get the admin to do his job well have our own independent forum space to organize events and fly out s beyond the limitations of this steam forum. This will also add 7 RAG joystick users to the player pool.

They did that to me after reporting every single P-63 I came across for two weeks straight during their reign of terror.
Well granted, I also used the words "fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plane" and it was the wrong place, but it felt good venting like that.

So I've now been banned from chat in WT due to abuse of reporting abuse.
"Overuse and abuse of in-game reporting facility" very shortly after a report giving me the message "Report limit reached" after trying to report one of the top bomber abusers twice in a row. Has anyone else experienced this, could it be automated?

There now is a BoS custom server that is running an actual mission (supply Stalingrad kessel, kill Russian tank attack).
It is bloody amazing.

Some teething problems (some settings aren't quite right yet) but it's... man...

Guys im currently asking my clan RAG if they will let us use their forum and ts3. We would enjoy our own forum section and ts3 rooms. Joining RAG would not be a requirement to use the forum/ts3. (This is an interest group for stick flyers, not a clan.) Ill let you know what the brass (Officer s) say about this.

Yeah I dont have BOS or CLOD. 1. Crappy machine 2. Cash. Im getting a new rig in the next 6 months and then we can talk. For now Im restricted to WT, ROF and IL21946. Which isnt bad really, especially 1946. Does anyone know some decent mods for 1946?
