Ive been banned from ordering?

I made a support ticket already but i'm just curious has anyone else had this happen and what's the possible cause? i use this site A LOT. I love the mystery bundles and other bundles ...if i get doubles i give them away or donate to steamdb. I use the fanatical extension along with other extensions. The only thing i can think of is right before i was banned i used a new extension for chrome called coupert to see if any promo codes worked and now i see a message when attempting to cash out about my cart saying

Yup the first post was 2 months ago, but if you scroll down, this issue happened like 6 hours ish ago.
I have not submit any support ticket yet.

Seems to be popular today, hopefully its fixed soon. Just noticed you likely arent OP on reddit but one of the new people with this issue. Lets hope they get it fixed, ill be pissed if i miss this cheap deal

... i just made a new account (on a different browser with a different email to make sure there was no issues) so that i didnt miss this deal.
Now i have two accounts but whatever.
It worked.
Maybe after they fix their shit ill ask the keys to be moved to my old account and delete this new one...
sad i had to do this.

I will advise you to redeem or at least screenshot the keys from the second account as soon as possible. From what I know, Fanatical doesn't really allow multiple accounts on a single user.

As for the issue, its still persist tho.. If anyone has a new update from Fanatical, please kindly post in here as well. cheers

Just some update. The ban / error has been lifted.
---> Right after Monster Hunter bundle was expired.
