What currency will I purchase in?

Purchases are made in GBP (£) if your location is the UK, EUROS (€) for EU countries, and US Dollars ($) for the rest of the world. Differences in price may occur because of a number of reasons:

Payments made through PayPal in a different currency may be subject to PayPal conversion charges.

Do I need to pay VAT?

If your IP address is mapped to the UK or a European Union (EU) country, then you will be required to pay VAT. VAT charges are not included for those who live outside the EU.

Due to new VAT laws, if you are in an EU country you will now be charged the standard rate for your country.

Why has my order been selected for Manual Authorisation?

Sometimes our system decides not to provide the keys automatically and requires an element of human intervention.

This sometimes occurs on accounts which are new and it's nothing to worry about. It can happen for variety of reasons and may result in a delay of up to one working day, however the process is normally completed within 2 hours.

When your order is completed we will send a separate email confirmation containing a link to your keys.

If you have waited for more than a reasonable amount of time then please contact us.

your site is a headache. Support sucks, cant get any email reply. Trying to change my email address as my old email is closing. Very poor customer service

Hi @Arthura Dawn. Steve actually handled the issue. I was not getting any email change confirmations, and ended up deleting my old account to make a new one under current email address. Steve was able to help me recover all my past purchases to place on my current list.

Your change of email doesnt seem to work for me, but your support handled it after some time. Thanks
