Emoji spam again
Emoji spam is getting out of hand again in advertising posts. Can we nip this in the bud instead of having to take you out of my feed? I can't buy what I can't see advertised.

Thanks for the acknowledgement Dec.

This is still an ongoing problem. In the past you handed out bans for spam. Otherwise what stops all these sheep from posting emojis every single day? Deleting them clearly isn't stopping them. Thanks.

We're actively working on this to try and stop it. Thanks for your patience.

I'm the only one wondering, what the problem if people keep emojis underneath your posts... huh?

@Godling Can I ask, how many games you have already purchased, apparently you are such a passionate collector, so how many? I'm just not entirely sure how emojis affect your purchases...

How many games do I buy? I'm apparently a passionate collector? Do you care to quote what I said that leads you to believe this? I'd like that quote to help clarify if you have a legitimate point to make or if you're just angry and looking for conflict because you feel entitled to spam emojis in Fanatical's daily advertising posts and how dare anyone infringe your imaginary rights? Right? /smh

Also, you should really be asking Fanatical why they agree and are choosing to ban spammers (temporarily I assume?). Fanatical are the ones setting policy... if you don't like it... ask them why it's this way and ask them to change it. Doing anything else (ie: bothering me with your bullshit)... is just looking for confrontation and this is about as engaged with you as I'm going to get.

So go bother Fanatical if you have serious, genuine, concerns you think need to be addressed. If you have a valid point to make perhaps they'll respond to you, in the same way they responded to me. Me? I don't give a shit about you and your perceived slight.

Hi,
The reason emoji spam isn't allowed on our posts is that our customers go to the comments when they want to seek advice or recommendations from others about our deals, and we always check the comments for feedback on our latest deals. Emoji spam prevents the comment sections from being productive in this way and will deter people from having a discourse about the deals we have posted. Hopefully, this makes it clear, however, if not I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
