Your order has been cancelled
So for the past 3 hours every time I checkout your system tells me my order is cancelled.
I sent a support ticket and no response.
Wanted to buy another mystery bundle before it ran out and no luck. Can't buy the other ones either.

Both Paypal (which doesn't redirect me - just says order cancelled) and credit card options come up with that error message.

Please fix your system & reimburse me for time wasted trying to check out on your system.

No still going. I try to purchase the staff picks bundle and headshot bundles and it just tells me order is cancelled

Apparently they disable purchasing after you make a few orders. They can manually unlock it but you have to wait for UK time. Otherwise it'll fix itself in about a day.

Something to do with preventing stolen credit card transactions I assume

They did this crap to me as well and now I missed out on some AAA games because of it.

You think they'd have a better system in place where they could send out a code to your email, or phone to verify that you been the one making the purchases instead of locking out your account till it can be manually viewed.

Same happened to me :/ Doesn't even ask for paypal info, just says your order has been cancelled.

I just had this happen to me today. I placed an order for the Fanatical Game Music Bundle by Magix (which ends today) and the Mega Music Collection 2 Royalty Free Bundle, but it told me my order had been cancelled. It's weird because it had just worked fine earlier today when I placed an order for the Platinum Collection Build Your Own Bundle. Why now?
