Come on guys what's up with that?
It's simple I give you my money you give me my products! What's the problem here? How about I take your procucts and put my payment on hold? How would you feel about that?

It`s total B/S, I`ve made 37 purchases on my account since DECEMBER all through my verified paypal account without issue and suddenly they think I`m a fraudster?

What really pisses me off is the fact they have still charged me yet not delivered.

Fanatical if you`re so sure I`m defrauding the enormous sum of £2.29 then

I won`t be making any more purchases with them, thats for sure.

If people have to holler on Facebook, to get their products, you are not doing right by your customers. I have personally never had this issue, but.. cmon Fanatical, money in.. wares out.

Remove this "security measure" for everyone's benefit.

Hi Leon, our Manual Authorisation usually only takes a few hours without contacting us. Hope this helps

That's happened to me a few times maybe 2 years ago. I think the requirement for manual authorization was because MY BANK flagged it as suspicious activity (even though it was for probably a $1 purchase). My bank asked me to call in to verify the transaction. Now years and dozens of transactions later, it hasn't happened even once more.

This just happened to me, too, on my FIRST PURCHASE. I literally JUST MADE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR SITE. And your stupid facebook prioritization chat thing is awful. as I live in the USA and your chat system closes at 1:30 PM my time. I just bought the game now, at 8:10 PM, meaning I may not even get to ACTIVATE, let alone download and play this game until later tomorrow! I literally needed a pick me up, and the game I just bought was going to be that for me. I had a shitty day, and I was very excited to play this game, which I found a great deal on on your site. But NOPE, just another setback.

Seriously, NO OTHER SERIAL KEY SITE USES A SECURITY SYSTEM LIKE THAT. GET RID OF IT.

I've ordered tons of games from Fanatical before with no issues, always using PayPal. But my last three orders have all been flagged for manual authorization. They're not even weird dollar amounts either, being $10, $15, and $35

They've all been resolved with support tickets but doing that should not be necessary. It's actually very annoying, so can you please stop singling out my orders for manual authorization? I'm just trying to get some Steam games, and I don't appreciate being treated like a thief when I've bought dozens/hundreds of Steam keys from you over the years

Guys, they obviously don't care about this issue, or solving it. If people are still posting abuot this a year after it was reported, then they have no intention of fixing this for you. Don't waste your time reporting it anymore. Just take your money to a better serial key service instead. Vote with your wallet, as they say.
