UCA Training Program ~ Your Thoughts

So, after a while in existence, the UCA has had not many members joining and this is most likely down to one thing; there aren't many people who CAN code.

An idea has run through my head recently as to changing this, the concept is simple:
The United Coder's Alliance's Training Programs.

Basically, we'd be teaching people about how to code for games or other things (Garry's Mod may be an appropriate starting point as lua is easy), this may not be easy to achieve but it allows more people to become coders and join our community.
