I checked around a bit and no one knew about it, it's never even been registred to steam card exchange (not even as UNKNOWN / NA).

As i stated previously - I checked with multiple people and was told that.
Considering it wasn't even seen on steam card exchange it was an assumption - as stated. And if someone knows someone who has it, i stand corrected and will definently change the descriptions because my intention is not to mislead people.
