Badge Unlockables and Rewards List

I know that a lot of the items that are unlock through the badges are random. But I wanted to see if some of them are actually set to a certain game or badge level. I was hoping that will kind of help me pick which badges to focus on and which ones to just let go of. Any assitance would be great.

ar? all card based items (not counting coupon) are unique to 1 game. ie. if you want 1 fixed background, emotion, you need the set of their own game (you can't get from other game set, but you may trade or buy them of course).

and to second question the items you get are not based on badge level. that means lv 1 badge may get Rare and lv 5 may get common
