Achievement Showcase - Missing Achievements/Games Bug

I’ve found a bug/issue with the achievement showcase. With the original achievement showcase the stats were off but I couldn't figure out exactly how or why. With today’s update, allowing you to choose the achievements you want, I found out what was wrong with it: any game that has unlocked achievements without listing a timestamp in at least one of them is missing.

If at least one achievement has a timestamp (such as my Portal achievements) then it shows up perfectly fine in the showcase. However, a game that lists none at all (such as my Half-Life 2: Episode 2 achievements) it is left off the showcase and doesn’t count for how many achievements you have, or for perfect games if all of the achievements are unlocked.

This means that games where achievements were unlocked prior to Valve storing the time information are not included. I have 18 of these games that do not show up, and some of them, like Trials 2, I would really like on my showcase.

(If it can be any help in fixing the issue, the following are the games I have which are missing from the showcase: Aquaria, Braid, D.I.P.R.I.P. Warm Up, Eternity’s Child, Gravitron 2, Half- Life 2: Episode 2, Larva Mortus, MEVO & the Grooveriders, Mr. Robot, On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode One, On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode Two, Osmos, Penquins Arena: Sedna’s World, Space Trader: Merchant Marine, Starscape, The Maw, Trials 2: Second Edition, Unreal Tournament 3: Black Edition.)

I posted this bug a few times.
I used the steam achievement manager a few months ago on nijna reflex to confirm that 1 unlock date fixes this issue.
don't want to do it for my other game but I will if this is not fixed next year.

indeed, but it's a bit hard to fix the issue when you've unlocked them all before the timestamping.

I have sent a message about this issue for a valve employee, and have used other channels to talk about the issue about a month ago with no luck, looks like it's a real simple problem to solve.

I'm encountering the same problem, one of my game, Half-Life² Episode 2, does not count for the total achievements I unlocked inside the Steam Achievements Showcase, and it also does not count for the Perfect Games stat.
And this because I unlocked all this game achievements prior to Valve starts recording timestamps.

I believe it is really something easy and fast to fix, to tell their algorythm to start to count also achievements that have no timestamps.

Please Valve, fix it, we love Achievements Showcase, thank you!

2022 and still not fixed? Is this Valve endorsing the use of 'Steam Achievement Manager' to relock pre-timestamped achievements, in order to unlock them again for showcase display..?

2024, i finished Stray, nocards, no achievements, nothing. Cant even badge, it is as if the game doesnt exist on my library
