Yes i understand it's a lot of cards + an odd mix of cards.
I think all 8 surviors would be the best cards.

One thing i missed out on!!
Badges!

I'm gunna work on for some fun a super meatboy cards and badge.
Idea is that. The badge is a sort of a lvl 1 greyscaleish image of meatboy, and him all beated up with plasters and bruise. And the best badge at lvl 5 being a meatboy that is flaming.

Other idea for tf2 robots.
Badge at lvl 1. a silver light grey cyanblue paint chipped greyish image. And at lvl 5 a torn robotic image with instead of flames, blue electric glowing or shocking electric comming of it.

That could be shocking if it turns out good..... Get it.

I did the same sort of idea to the Super meat Boy trading cards and badges!
Awesome find of isaac the creator & Awesome idea in general!

Some how make an image based on the level of surface he is on.
basement, cella, ect ect.

Perhaps you could make the level surface he's on as the background, kinda like how this would be if it were to be badge #1

A Binding of Isaac badge would totally work out and it'd be perfect too, but seeing as how it hasn't been updated in quite some time, I don't think any attention would be put into getting trading cards into the game :\ Maybe if you were serious about it, you could email Edmund McMillen and show him your idea? Your trading card designs have come out flawless so even though his attention might be torwards the Binding of Isaac remake, I'm sure he'd give some consideration to use your trading card designs
