how to craft a badge ?

i'm really confuse, can someone help ?

step 1: gather all the cards for a set
step 2: visit your badges page
step 3: locate the game you have completed a set
step 4: extend the game and click on the big blue craft-button (maybe it's also possible on the overview and the ready-button, I did not craft yet)

I have a doubt though. Does crafting a badge make us LOSE all of the associated cards?

That is, won't I be able to watch the cards again? Or they are just "taken" so we cannot trade or sell them anymore but we still can see them? (For seeing I mean opening them in full screen, to look at the nice illustrations of each one)

If you go to the Badge's page you'll be able to click on the cards to see the full image even after you craft the badge.
