Does Anyone Know what this is for?

I now have two of them and no idea what to do, how to activate it or where to find it.

It is automatically added to your account. It allows you to add more friends to your steam friends list. The limit is around 300.
Visit http://steamcommunity.com/my/friends/ to view your current limit.

Ahh :eli: I See. So that also Answered my previous questions about A Friend Cap. :alyx: Thank You. I will keep an eye on that. I think I'm up to 340. Which must be something new for a cap because prior to the Cards Beta I've seen people with several hundred friends and I was thinking this was the new MySpace :P LOL :headcrab:

There has always been a cap, I think it was based on how long you have been a member for, but not sure. It's just always been so high, that the normal user would never hit the limit, but people who run large communities/are developers would always hit that limit or be extreamly close it.

When you click you "Friends" link, Top Left, ##?## . For example yours would be 41/???
