Not getting Winter Sale 2024 cards when buying games

I bought multiple games + DLC a couple days ago and I was supposed to get 7 trading cards, they never appeared in my inventory (even after waiting for close to two days). Steam support was completely unhelpful so I asked for refunds.

Now I bought 1 game as a test and was supposed to get 1 card, still nothing. Have other people gotten cards as usual? Am I the only one this is happening to?

I read about others having these problems, but for me personally it worked without any problems instantly each time.

Just in case: you get 1 WinterSale card per each 10 U$D spent from your side. Not 1 card per 1 game you bought

Yeah I bought close to 80€ worth of games and DLC, at checkout it said I should have gotten 7 cards.

i have the same problem, i bought games for about 40 Bucks. so 4 Cards. Even on the badge site it says i got 4. But never got them. Steam support just said, i shoud make a post on the steam group

Update: it appeared in my inventory now, also got another card immediately after buying more. Seems to be fixed for me at least

Oh, glad you got it back to normal. Probably just a temporary bug, because too many people bought games and crafted badges for the first 2 days of the Sale... But i have to say, this year's Sale is way "sh!ttier" than all previous Winter/Summer Sales i've seen...
