6000 : 5 = 1200 Gems
6000 : 6 = 1000 Gems
6000 : 7 = 857 Gems
6000 : 8 = 750 Gems
6000 : 9 = 667 Gems
6000 : 10 = 600 Gems
6000 : 11 = 545 Gems
6000 : 12 = 500 Gems
6000 : 13 = 462 Gems
6000 : 14 = 429 Gems
6000 : 15 = 400 Gems
Check how many cards the game has to see how many gems a pack is worth, unless it gets sold cheaper on the market.
You also check the sack of gems price on the market.
In € it would be:
If 1000 Gems = 0,35€
Boosterpack price costs would normally be something like:
400 Gems = 0,14€
500 Gems = 0,17€
600 Gems = 0,21€
750 Gems = 0,26€
857 Gems = 0,30€
1000 Gems = 0,35€
1200 Gems = 0,42€
Which makes the math really easy. 1 booster pack = 1000 gems = 1 sack of gems. So the cards are worth a maximum of 333 gems each. If you want the equivalent cash value, divide the price of a sack of gems (in your currency of choice) by 3.
Keep in mind that the cards may be worth less than that if there's a large supply of them or a limited number of interested buyers. Gauging that is hard to do with non-marketable cards. My best suggestion is to watch the trading posts in the Marvel's Avengers discussion forums to gauge what prices people are buying and selling at.
