Is there a way to do giveaways without getting banned?

I did my last one here and after 2 days my account got trade banned and i couldn't give people the backgrounds they were promissed. My question is now: is there a discussion category where i could do a giveaway again without being banned and without getting to discussion deleted?

As far as i concerned, providing the givеаwаys is not prohibited:

Maybe you got a trade ban because of unusual amount of tradeoffers with giving away free stuff from your account to plenty of others ? I mean that "unusual behavior" could trigger some automatic Steam defense against if someone might hacked your account...

If your givеаwау thread was banned by mistake, i believe you can request Steam Support. They should open your banned thread again.

If you didn't add some "extra conditions" {that might be banned by some moderators or greedy users might report to moderators about your thread} before giving people stuff...
