so essentially if you wait until seasonal sales your badge crafting gives 10% more exp through seasonal badges
I don't know/care wherever your $8 number came from. maybe you missed a decimal and meant that seasonal cards float around $0.08
but if you will get games with coupons... a 90% off coupon would obviously 'save' you more, though really you'd be buying a game you probably never would have in the first place.
I think he means when you buy a game. The ratio would be every 10 € spend on steam games you get 1 card.
