No puedo conseguir cromos

He jugado cientos de horas a juegos y amigos habiendo jugado minutos consiguieron 15 cromos y a mi no me han dado ninguno y esto ocurre en todos los juegos a los que juego y no logro comprender el porque, no se si mi cuenta esta bugueada o hay algo que debo activar o que hago mal, si alguien sabe se lo agradecería porque no puedo reportarlo a steam o al menos no se como.

Con todos los juegos, en su mayoria los que tengo son pagos y aunque los juegue por horas no me dan cromos.

¿Dice que tienes cromos obtenibles? Si puedes proporcionar una captura de pantalla, sería mejor

uno de las cosas que me salio fue que steam te marca como que no tenes el juego, si entras a Ver Mi Perfil > Juegos > y donde dice filtrar buscas el nombre del juego no te va a aparecer. Esto es problema de steam y a mi me esta pasando lo mismo

en mi caso por ejemplo yo uso idle master para sacar un poco de plata de estoy luego de haber comprado los juegos la app no me los marca como existentes ya que steam lo marca de esa manera. Por ahora no he encontrado ninguna solucion a esto mas que esperar, ya que ayer me paso lo mismo y luego de un dia aparecieron. Una posibilidad es que steam esta siendo utilizado en grandes cantidades con gente comprando y vendiendo lo cual pudo producir que los servidores vayan muy lento

Try adding a F2P game and start the installation process. This should refresh your account's licenses.
