Cards are instantly tradable?
All cards on steam do have 7 days trading/marketing cooldown, but... Somehow they are instrantly tradable. Is there some trick?

Card drops from games are instantly tradable. Cards bought from the marketplace have a cooldown.

Also, cooldowns are herited. Meaning if you make a booster pack out of tradable cards, the cards received from said booster pack are immediately tradable.

If the booster pack has a restriction, so will its items.
