from level 30 - 100 how many sets do i need?
how much sets would i need? (1 set is 100xp right?)

Level 100 is 55000 xp, you already got 6170, so need 48830 xp, which means 489 badges/sets of cards.

The cheapest 100 sets (which would give up to 500 badge levels) - according to http://steam.tools/cards/ - are 27 cents or less per set, resulting in a cost of circa 130$.
