i'm trying to make the big charge meter under the crosshair.
how can i do that?

Edit xpos, ypos, wide and tall values of "ChargeMeter" in here:

toonhud/resource/ui/HudDemomanPipes.res

Sticky charge is in resource/ui/HudDemomanCharge.res

well, in HudDemomanCharge i changed all the xpos in c and all the ypos in 100.I didn't changed nothing else.
the charge meter blew off.
???

Ok I didn't remember this. If you want to move the power meter, you need to change the positions in toonhud/scripts/hudlayout.res -> HudDemomanCharge

If you want to make it bigger, you have to edit the size in toonhud/resource/ui/HudDemomanCharge.res
