Log-in with your Steam account, and go to "My themes"
From there, you can create your own theme and customize it the way you want.
Go in Team Fortress 2 > bin
In there, there's a file called "vpk"
Make a shortcut of it on your desktop.
After that get the "toonhud" folder and drag it onto the vpk shortcut, it'll create a .vpk file, which should be exactly: "toonhud.vpk"
Drag this file in Team Fortress 2>tf>custom
What it does, is, it basically compiles all the files in the toonhud folder into 1 file, meaning that the game will need less time to read the files, helps with loading a little bit and so does with fps as far as i know. Also, if you make your toonhud folder into a .vpk file, all the custom fonts from the hud aren't gonna be active, so it'll leave you with the default bold font.
This should be all
