If you ever would like to transfer companies in a future date, there is Transferring to request to do so. The companies to enlist into and their typical roles are the following;
"A" Company - Skirmishers. Light infantry and riflemen units.
"B" Company - Mounted Infantry. Cavalry and line infantry units.
"C" Company - Artillery. Artillery units.

Newly enlisted in the regiment hold the rank of "Rifleman", unless specifically told otherwise by an officer. However if below the age of 16, recruits in the regiment hold the rank of "Boy" until fit for rifleman by characteristic (not age).

In-game tags are "LIR_Rifleman_Name", or "LIR_Boy_Name" in circumstance. Banner is the gold Irish harp on a green field, on the second page of the banners list. The only rule with the name slot is no underscores "_". Anything else goes; numbers, etc.

Post a reply with the proper format above if you want enlist in the 16th Middlesex (London Irish) Rifle Volunteer Corps. You need not be Irish in order to join. You become Irish by adoption.

Those who enlist are expected to be active, schedule is found on the Overview of the steamgroup. No "trolling" or defaming your regiment is tolerated. Be professional, you represent more than yourself. Read the Code of Conduct for the attendance policy, etc. Also, to properly aim your rifle: Aiming.
