They said on the FAQ that there are NO restrictions. I meant that there would be new skins and contracts on day two.

On the page for the meet your match update, at the top of the page's battle scene, there is a sniper with a red, white, and black smg. I think this is an indication that theree will likely be more skins in meet your match.
