Diamondback? It's kinda hard collecting crits in 6v6 so it's weaker.

Quick Fix? As you said, negates uber effects. It replaces your usual uber effects with faster healing. It ain't even hard to counter. Just eliminate the Medic as early as possible.

Weapons to ban/rebalance: reserve shooter, natascha, crit-a-cola, diamondback, darwin's shield, air strike, quick fix, soda popper, sticky jumper, rocket jumper

Edit: If you really want to know why some weapons should be banned, competitive tf2 players like sideshow, b4nny, etc. all have explanations why.

Edit #2: Ban or rebalance, does it matter? I am just trying to highlight some overpowered weapons in the comp setting (how many times do I have to repeat this?) and passive aggressive people just stream up and pick out every single detail like this is some kind of political tirade.

Ok, everyone knows that Medi Gun (or Kritzkreig or Quick Fix whatever) pick ups maintain their ubercharge when dropped and everyone knows that there are many issues that arise from this. I am proposing that a possible way to solve this is for the Medi Gun to retain only 20% of the original ubercharge when it was dropped. eg. Med drops Uber so 20% uber when picked up again. Med had 50% uber, so 10% uber when picked up again. Med had 69% uber, so 14% uber when picked up again. I really hope something like this is implemented because the current Medi Gun pickup thing is absolutely horrible.

I actually agree with Ming here. When there's a huge number for people playing a competitive match online, it will become much less competitive because of the number of people and the subsequent less stress each person has.
