How can I prove I'm not an alt of someone if appeal is declined?

Got a ban like a month ago with the reason "Under investigation, possible hijacker or scammer alt." by Garry. See it? POSSIBLE. I can tell you for sure I'm neither scammer's or hijacker's alt. Started a ticket right after the ban, send all the screenshots he asked for (pay your attention here - he asked me for screenshot's of my trade history without any explainings why I've been banned and I sent it still). And after a few days of silence appeal was closed with the message "Since you refuse to cooperate again, I will close the appeal now." How I'm refusing to cooperate? Can someone explain this to me? First of all I'm banned for no reason as I'm not a scammer alt, secondly my appeal is declined because I've sent all he asked. What the hell? Sent an email (after appeal was closed) to him and Helen like 5 days ago, still no responce. As for me, if you ban someone for POSSIBLE reason, so you can't be sure if the person is really scammer, you SHOULD be able to handle this as soon as possible. Isn't that right?
