Heavy Hands/Weapons Disappearing

Heavy's fists, and any weapons I attempt to give him, do not show up. Upon giving him a weapon, it will appear for a split second, then disappear almost immediately. Botkiller heads still show up, though.

If you activate the silhouette mode in the graphics option, does the weapons appears ?
And does it happens for every class ?

No, the weapons don't appear in silhouette mode.
I didn't check previously, but yes, it does happen for every class.
