[BUG] animation selection menu is gone
I frequently use loadout.tf at least once per week, and today I found the animation selection menu is gone. The one thats close to the invulnerable/uber toggle option.

I'm running google chrome on windows 10, just recently loaded a Soldier model and its not showing up at all.

Nope, its empty, but the menu is there (with close and cancel buttons)
