However, if you've already played on the Jump Academy server when it was running easy_b, you should already have it downloaded, so you'll only need to download the medium map.
After you've downloaded the maps if necessary, to play them offline, open up your developer's console (tilde~ by default), and type in "map jump_academy_easy_b" without the quotes.
If you aren't sure if you have the maps downloaded, simply open up the developer's console and type in "map jump_academy_" without the quotes. If you have them downloaded, autofill options should appear underneath the input box. You can use the down arrow to scroll through them. If you then click on one and press enter, you'll load up the map offline.
Walljumps are pretty hard though.
