This is a group dedicated to an in-game TF2 lottery. To enter the lottery, send a scrap to http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198031436826. When 27 scraps have been collected, a hat will be crafted and randomly given to a person who gave me 1 or more scraps. (I am also offering a scrap for gift wrap or u can send me gift wrap and be entered into the lottery).
