Is the "Dell Inspiron 15 5000" really good?

I've search for the specs of it, the say it is:

Video - AMD Radeon(TM) HD R7 M270 4GB DDR3
Processor - 5th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.00 GHz)
Memory - 8GB Dual Channel DDR3L 1600MHz (4GBx2)
Storage - 1TB (5400rpm) Hybrid HDD with 8GB Flash

This is really good for games? I have Gmod, GTA IV and some other games i can't run in my current pc, but i'm looking for a Dell Inspiron Laptop, i know laptops are not the best for games, but my money is cheap. And if someone have this laptop, i wanna know it you run great games!

There is other models of it, like 16GB RAM and Radeon HD M265, i've watched a gameplay of Far Cry 3, running on high with 30 fps, i really liked it, but my money is really low! ;-;

About the heat, my current pc gets 90°, so if i get 60° is good for me :D

That GPU is not really that good. I dont know what your budget is but you can bguild a deskptop that is better for the same price

Idk, it's becouse Brazil(i live here) is a dammit for prices, the only one thing to do is buy another laptop. About my budget, i don't have a budget yet, just in the next year i could start getting money(i have 13 years old). If you have any other ideas... I could buy a Desktop too, but is a bit hard to get that money, i have a PS3 for gaming, but it is getting a bit old in these days. But i still happy with my poor life. xD

The GPU is similar to an A8/A10 Kaveri APU or desktop R7 240/250, so you can play GTA IV and V without problems (specially if that model has the 1366x768 panel). About the CPU, I don't know with GTA IV (because it's poorly optimised), but I can play GTA V with my i7-3757U and that CPU is sightly faster.

I am glad that this Laptop can run all these things, but the price is a bit high... But i will earn some money for it!
